A general overview of the reconstruction process for DC motors in a few steps:


  1. Initial Assessment: The reconstruction process for DC motors begins with a comprehensive initial assessment. Skilled technicians thoroughly examine the motor to identify any visible signs of wear, damage, or malfunction. This assessment guides the subsequent steps of the reconstruction process.
  2. Disassembly and Cleaning: Once the assessment is complete, the DC motor is carefully disassembled. All components, including the armature, commutator, brushes, and bearings, are carefully removed. The disassembled parts are then meticulously cleaned to remove dirt, dust, and debris that might affect performance.
  3. Component Evaluation: Disassembled components undergo a detailed evaluation to determine their condition. Each part, such as the armature windings, brushes, and commutator, is inspected for signs of wear, damage, or degradation. This step helps technicians decide which components need repair, rewinding, or replacement.
  4. Repair and Rewinding: Damaged or worn components are repaired or replaced during this stage. If armature windings are worn or damaged, they may be rewound to restore their electrical integrity. Brushes and commutators showing signs of wear are also addressed to ensure optimal performance.
  5. Reassembly and Alignment: After repairing or replacing components, the DC motor is carefully reassembled. Technicians pay special attention to proper alignment and positioning of parts to ensure smooth operation. Bearings, brushes, and other components are correctly installed for optimal performance.
  6. Testing and Performance Verification: The reconstructed DC motor undergoes rigorous testing to verify its performance and efficiency. Warranty

  

Our company offers a one-year warranty against defects for all rewound units and a 90-day warranty for the reconditions only. The warranty does not cover damage resulting from neglect, abuse, accident or damage caused by fire, flood and extra ordinary conditions caused by man.
