A general overview of the reconstruction process for AC motors in a few steps: 

 

  1. Diagnosis and Evaluation: The process begins with a thorough diagnosis of the AC motor's condition. Skilled technicians perform tests and inspections to identify the root cause of any issues affecting its performance. This step helps determine whether the motor requires repair, rewinding, or replacement of specific components.
  2. Disassembly: Once the diagnosis is complete, the motor is carefully disassembled. This involves removing its various components, including the stator, rotor, bearings, and other parts. Disassembly allows technicians to access and assess individual parts for wear, damage, or other issues.
  3. Component Inspection: Each disassembled component is meticulously inspected for signs of wear, damage, or deterioration. This step helps identify which parts can be repaired or need replacement. Bearings, windings, insulation, and other critical components are thoroughly examined to ensure they meet quality and performance standards.
  4. Repair and Rewinding: Damaged or worn-out components are either repaired or rewound during this stage. Worn winding coils may be replaced or rewound to restore their original electrical characteristics. If bearings or other mechanical parts are found faulty, they are replaced with high-quality alternatives.
  5. Reassembly: After repairing or replacing components, the AC motor is carefully reassembled. Technicians ensure that all components are properly aligned and secured to guarantee optimal performance and safety.
  6. Testing and Quality Assurance: The reconstructed AC motor undergoes rigorous testing to verify its performance, efficiency, and safety. Warranty

  

Our company offers a one-year warranty against defects for all rewound units and a 90-day warranty for the reconditions only. The warranty does not cover damage resulting from neglect, abuse, accident or damage caused by fire, flood and extra ordinary conditions caused by man.
